Open gym is for members only and may be booked through the members page. Select a pre-written workout or do your own thing. Use the multi-station machine, TRX system, battle ropes, jump boxes, Bosu, wall and heavy balls, kettle bells, bar bells, rowing machine, elliptical or massive dump truck tire and sledge!

This is not the power hour you remember from college! Get your #BADDASS into this weekly class for a mix of fun music and low impact / high intensity fitness training that will focus on your core, arms and legs. A new song every minute will keep us on track for a workout that’s guaranteed to challenge every participant regardless of fitness level. Don’t be discouraged by the name of this class - it’s designed to challenge all body types and fitness levels. Everyone has to start somewhere…

Resistance Bands Dance Party / wine down wednesday

The hippest dance party around!!! Keep up with choreographed dance moves paired with Synergy Resistance Bands for a workout guaranteed to get your burn on. Stick around after the dance party for Wine Down Wednesday and enjoy a glass of wine while you cool down and relax before heading home.

Bring Your #Baddass Kids to Workout

Is finding someone to watch your little one keeping you from getting fit? No more excuses! Bring your baby and participate in a class designed to incorporate the weight and movement of your child into your workout. Have an older child that might benefit from a fitness routine? Bring them along and spend some time together getting fit! This class will accommodate parents and children of all fitness levels using various movements and equipment.

Hardcore Hype

Fun and exciting total body workout designed to ROC and sculpt your #Baddass bod. This workout combines both popular and modern dance moves with exercise that give this workout its name. Learn to dance and lose weight!
